The Scoreboards+ addon adds the ability to add 2 extra scoreboards into your world.  You can also customize where the scoreboards appear in the resource pack selection screen.  You can use the /titleraw command to display text / scores on the scoreboard.

Commands:

/titleraw @s actionbar

/titleraw @s title

/execute @a ~ ~ ~ titleraw @s actionbar

/execute @a ~ ~ ~ titleraw @s title
 

Customize Scoreboards:

Actionbar 1:

Actionbar 1 puts the scoreboard on the left and puts the actionbar on the right.

Actionbar 2:

Actionbar 2 puts the scoreboard on the right and puts the actionbar on the left.

Title 1:

Title 1 puts the scoreboard on the left and puts the actionbar on the right. The title will be displayed as the normal actionbar text above the hotbar.

Title 2:

Title 2 puts the scoreboard on the right and puts the actionbar on the left. The title will be displayed as the normal actionbar text above the hotbar.

Title 3:

Title 3 puts the scoreboard on the right and puts the actionbar on the left. The title will be displayed as the normal actionbar text at the top of the screen.

Title 4:

Title 4 puts the scoreboard on the left and puts the actionbar on the right. The title will be displayed as the normal actionbar text at the top of the screen.

PLEASE NOTE: Mobile players might not be able to see the scoreboards correctly depending on the device.

IF THIS HAPPENS: you need to go to main menu > settings > video > change safe screen. change the safe screen so that the corners are all inside your phone screen.
