JoJo Stands

JoJo Stands is an Add-On developed for Minecraft Bedrock Addition. Based off the various supernatural abilities of the characters in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. This Add-On intends to these abilities into the game.

Introduction

First off for context this Add-On is based off of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, a series with a very unique power system. This Add-On plans to add such powers into Minecraft in a survival / combat friendly form. There are several unique abilities to be acquired in this Add-On such control over the weather or super strength.

How To Get Started

To acquire a Stand you must craft a Stand Arrow

After Crafting the Stand Arrow you can use it to stab yourself potentially granting yourself a Stand, if you're unlucky stabbing yourself will result in death.

Here's an example of a Stand that may be granted. (Star Platinum)

Displeased with your Stand? You can remove your Stand via a Stand Disc, you can see how to craft one below.

Using this item will remove your Stand, although best trying to follow the cannon of JoJo I made it difficult to do so.

Stands

Star Platinum

Part - Part 3, Part 4, Part 6

Type - Close Range | Melee Based

User - Jotaro Kujo

Ability #1 - Right Click whilst Stand is active to dish out a strong melee attack.

Ability #1 - Right Click whilst Stand is active to release an attack from Silver Chariot's sword.

The Hand

Part - Part 4

Type - Close Range | Melee Based

User - Okuyasu Nijimura

Ability #1 - Melee an entity whilst Stand is active to erase them from the world.

Side Effect #1 - The Hand is disabled for 5 seconds after use.

Killer Queen

Part - Part 4

Type - Close Range | Melee Based

User - Yoshikage Kira

Ability #1 - Melee an entity whilst Stand is active to cause them to explode.

Ability #2 - Resistance to your Stand's explosions.

Ability #3 - Drop items near entities to turn them into explosives.

Ability #4 - Explode on death.

King Crimson

Part - Part 5

Type - Close Range User - Diavolo / Vinegar Doppio

Ability #1 - Make yourself invulnerable but unable to attack for a period of 5 seconds via Jumping whilst Stand is active.

(effectively skipping time for 5 seconds.)

Heavy Weather

Part - Part 6

Type - Close Range | Area Based

User - Emporio Alniño

Ability #1 - Right Click whilst Stand is active to have lighting strike down somewhere around your immediate area.

Ability #2 - Shift whilst Stand is active to release excessive amounts of oxygen in a 15 block radius suffocating any in that range with minimum damage to the user

Diver Down

Part - Part 6

Type - Standby

User - Narciso Anasui

Ability #1 - Whilst the user is Active (Jumping, Melee, Mining, etc) the user will activate the Stand gain a variety of buffs. (Resistance, Strength, Haste & Jump Boost.) More Info - https://jojo.fandom.com/wiki/Diver_Down

Extra - This Stand will be tweaked to be balanced with the other Stands after release using suggestions from You as at the moment it's a bit underpowered.

Type - Long Range | Projectile Based

Ability #1 - Right Click whilst Stand is active to fire a bubble which can have one of three effects: Wither, Levitation, Blindness & Explosion.
