Creative Mode Without Cheats Enabled 0.1
Achievement World - when you first load into the world you will be greeted with 3 command blocks. One of them being to change into creative mode, another being to change back to survival, and the last one to give you a command block to write your own commands. The world is untraceable if you are in creative as long as you use the command blocks and not the click UI.
