When you touch the ground, quickly you get levitation effect, If you are not careful you will fall and hurt yourself.
Some blocks makes you fly, but not all.
Here is a list of all the blocks that make you fly:
Grass
Dirt
Gravel
Sand
RedSand
Stone
EndStone
Netherrack
Only the blocks in the list above will make you fly, the blocks that are not in the list will do nothing and will be completely safe for you.
Be careful, in the end and nether, the levitation effect It is more powerful and dangerous.
The add-on also works underwater but only if you touch the blocks on the list.
To use the add-on you only need to activate it in the behavior packs of the world, you don’t need to activate the experimental gameplay, that addon works on realms, the addon automatically turn on when you open the world.

Installation
Download mcpack and open it with minecraft.
