Repairable Iron Golems (Add-On) [v1.15+]
The great dwellers protecting those ignorant Villagers, now further enhanced: help repair the Iron Golems in need, and see the cracks of their toughest steel break apart– all in this add-on!

Crackness Levels
Resource Pack Only
You can optionally apply only the Resource Pack for your worlds, or possibly Realms– to see the current crackness level of the Iron Golem, does not require to enable any Behavior Packs but the healing functionality will not be possible.
The crackness level can identify the current health of the Iron Golem. This allows players to know if they need attention or not, and to give the Iron Golem a bit more life into it.
Here are the three levels of cracks:
Low or Mild Cracks
- Damage Took: about 25% damage in total.
- Cracks are pretty visibile throughout the body, some parts of the arms, and little to no damage in the head.
Medium or Great Cracks
- Damage Took: about 50-60% damage in total.
- Visible cracks throughout the whole body, arms and legs. Some cracks are now visible on the head.
Highly or Intensely Cracked
- Damage Took: about 80-90% damage in total.
- Cracks can be easily noticed throughout the body, arms, and legs. The skull or head has visible cracks, reaching through the eyes.
Repairing or Healing
Behavior Pack Only
You can apply the Behavior Pack if you want this healing functionality in your world.
Poor Iron Golems, don’t worry as you can optionally apply the Behavior Pack that allows you to heal the Iron Golems!
There are two methods that you can use to heal the Iron Golem.
While holding an Iron Ingot;
- Interact (Long Press, Button Click or Right-Click): recommended for PC, or Consoles
- Sneak Whilst Punching: recommended for mobile or touch screen devices.
Other Information
- Bugs may occur, and it only works in 1.15 or above! You must have access to the Beta Minecraft.
