Vanilla Illager Additions (Beta)

AD

The illagers are one of the most fascinating mobs in Minecraft. They are important to the lore, they inhabit one of the largest structures in the game, and also grant the player unique items to collect. However, facing these mobs are not much of a challenge. Introducing, Vanilla Illager Additions! A small project working to add more illager type mobs, and bring a challenge to modded survival players. Let's get started on the features.

Enchanter
First on the list, we have a mob that comes from Minecraft Dungeons. The Enchanter is an illager that wears a red robe fashioned with a tall hat. This mob does not directly attack the player, it instead avoids getting near the player. But don't judge a book by it's cover! (Literally) cause the Enchanter will use its magic spellbook to enchant other illager mobs, enhancing their strength, speed, and health. The Enchanter drops emeralds and a book upon death.

Enchanted Illagers:

Enchanted Evoker

Enchanted Vindicator

Enchanted Pillager

Enchanted Witch (I know it's not an illager, but why not.)

These enchanted illagers are quite strong, since they are meant to be faced after the player has maxed out gear.
(Currently the Enchanter does not spawn naturally due to the project still being in it's beta stage.)

Mage
This is a heavy WIP (Work In Progress) mob, it will be completed in a later date during the full release.
The Mage has one way of attacking the player, which is by casting a levitation spell.

This spell in ineffective against Iron Golems, and you can prevent fall damage by using a bucket of water, or by enchanting your boots with feather falling.
(This mob does not spawn naturally due to the project still being in it's beta stage.)

Have Fun!

Known Bugs:
- Mage spells often don't work on their target.
- The Enchanter's model will break for a brief moment rarely.
- Enchanters turn creepers into charged creepers.
