Does anyone know the command that can spawn a specific variant of an entity? like spawning a purple sheep or the brown bunny?

Does anyone know the command that can spawn a specific variant of an entity? like spawning a purple sheep or the brown bunny?
That's not possible on Bedrock, I think it is possible on Java using NBT.
I think you could also do it using an editor, but I'm not the best at that kind of things
